Adrian E. Young, CAP®, CKA®, JD, MBA

Adrian serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Faithward Family of Companies and a trusted advisor to many client families and businesses. Adrian spends much of his time casting vision for Faithward, while also helping the team at Faithward develop and implement estate, charitable and other strategies for clients. Continual innovation and development are essential in our ever-changing environment, and Adrian relishes the opportunity to employ cutting-edge techniques and, when needed, anticipating change and improvising to create solutions.

Family & Hobbies

Adrian resides in Lititz with his wife, Julie, their three children, Olivia, Rowan, and Cadence.  Adrian enjoys time with his family, traveling and sports. Adrian continues to root for “his” Browns to win the Superbowl, but now channels most of his competitive spirit into cheering on his kids in their sporting and scholastic endeavors.  When he’s not pushing his family to make the most of their blessings, Adrian devotes his time to helping several local businesses and nonprofits do the same, as a board member.
