Robert T. Nayden, MBA

Bob joined the Faithward team in March 2019.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Bob is responsible for overseeing and streamlining operations across the family of companies.

Prior to joining Faithward, Bob served in various operational roles over a period of twelve years at Tiedmann Advisors, most recently as the Director of Operations. He studied Organizational Management at Wilmington University where he earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance.

As an Eagle Scout, Bob has a passion for service. He has volunteered as an EMT, a youth ministry leader, and a mentor–demonstrating his dedication to community engagement.

Bob resides in Landenberg, Pennsylvania with his wife MacKenzie and their son, Brooks. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors golfing, cycling, hiking, and most especially boating. He also likes reading, DIY projects, and cheering on the Cleveland Browns.

Bob approaches every challenge with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. He is an advocate of ownership and is dedicated to fostering a cooperative environment across departments, divisions, and subsidiaries. As a key member of the executive team, he is committed to maintaining focus on Faithward’s long-term vision, growth, and empowering teams to execute at the highest level while maintaining the organization’s mission and values.
