Cheyenne Brubaker

Cheyenne joined the Faithward team in December 2022.

As Director of Finance, Cheyenne leads the organization’s accounting and finance operations, guiding budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management efforts. She also oversees the hospitality team, bringing thoughtful leadership and collaboration across the family of companies.

With a diverse background in banking, wealth management, and public service, Cheyenne brings a holistic understanding of finance that supports Faithward’s sustainable growth. She studied Accounting at Elizabethtown College on an academic scholarship and is an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Deeply committed to financial education and community service, Cheyenne also serves as Treasurer of the Board for both the Faithful Journey Foundation and Bricks for Good.

A Lancaster County native, Cheyenne is a proud basketball mom and enjoys spending time with her son, Isaac. Outside of work, she values lifelong learning, reading, and traveling the world. She is an active member of LCBC Church, where she continues to grow in her faith and community engagement.

Cheyenne leads with vision, integrity, and a collaborative spirit. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, she is dedicated to advancing Faithward’s mission through principled stewardship, strategic growth, and a culture of ownership that inspires excellence across every level of the organization.
