Mallory McGroarty

Mallory brings over 15 years of progressive accounting experience to her role as Director of Finance at Faithward with a background spanning the automotive, entertainment, and manufacturing industries.

Family & Hobbies

Outside of the office Mallory cherishes time with her husband Joe, their dogs Malcolm and Meeka, and her niece Emma and nephew Jack — who she is honored to serve as Godparent to. She recharges at the beach and finds joy in the simple moments that matter most.

Education & Experience

Prior to joining Faithward, Mallory served as Director of Operations at PAP Technologies, overseeing the accounting and human resource functions across a manufacturing and contract staffing environment. Her earlier career included roles at Lancaster Toyota and Clair Global, where she developed expertise in financial operations and contract administration.

Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Elizabethtown College, graduating with honors and a 4.0 GPA, and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Harrisburg Area Community College. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Wealth Management at Elizabethtown College. Mallory is a proud member of Alpha Sigma Lambda.
